    Company Description

    Antonius Caviar brand belongs to „GOSŁAWICE” Fish Farm with 50-year tradition of fish farming. Our farm is one of the biggest sturgeon farms in Europe and is now also one of the leading producers of caviar - second in Europe and fourth in the world. We offer unique and the best quality caviar with exceptional taste that originates from the excellent condition of sturgeon breeding, crystal clear waters, devotion to tradition and maximum care for the minutest detail at each stage of production. We only use female sturgeons that come from our own farm to produce caviar. This is decisive for the quality of caviar because we have an impact on every aspect of the sturgeon's life. The caviar production process is refined in the smallest details. The modern processing plant meets all the technological requirements and the highest hygiene standards. Antonius Caviar is unpasteurized, obtained with a traditional method used for centuries and prepared with a minimum amount of salt (ie. "Malossol" method). In our offer, there are two varieties of caviar (from two sturgeon species): Siberian, obtained from Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii) and Oscietra obtained from Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii). Depending on the size of the grain, both kinds are available in three options: 4, 5, and 6-star. The higher the diameter of the eggs, the higher the numbers of stars.

    The fish international is complemented by the event for caterers. GASTRO IVENT in the hall 6 and 7 presents ideas and solutions for gastronomy and catering – from premium foods and exclusive beverages to equipment and accessories.
