Award of the fish sommeliers
The next experts have passed the exam. They have completed two weeks of lessons, sensory tastings and practical filleting are behind them. On Sunday, September 4th at 4.30 p.m., there will be a presentation about the training course and the fish sommeliers will receive their certification from the Chamber of Commerce.
