After training as a bricklayer, Olaf Schröder graduated with a degree in civil engineering. After holding various professional positions in planning offices and in the building materials industry, Olaf Schröder is now an authorised signatory and division manager for construction and maintenance as well as energy and water supply at Fischereihafen-Betriebsgesellschaft mbH.

The company founder and owner of AWF Consulting, Alexander Wever, has been working full-time in the fish/seafood sector for over 25 years, so that AWF Consulting has a wide-ranging, excellent professional network based on personal relationships.
