Hmm, delicious benefits: Compass Group’s “Global Eating at Work” study

Moderation: Margitta Eichelbaum, Zukunft Personal

In-depth insights into the wishes and needs of employees – that is the aim of the Compass Group and its “Global Eating at Work” study. 35,000 employees from 26 countries were surveyed in 2023 on all important topics relating to eating at work. From healthy and sustainable food to ordering via app, including an information service on nutritional values and carbon footprint. Important ingredients for motivation and satisfaction, especially among the younger generation. Oliver Ringleben, Direct Strategic Account of the Compass Group, presents the results of the survey and focuses on two of the participants’ business goals: discovering new lines of business and product developments in food service. And: Finding and
and retain employees – with contemporary offers in the food sector.
