Dr. David Burzynski, Coldsense Technologies GmbH

Dr. David Burzynski is co-founder and managing director of Coldsense Technologies GmbH, a customer-oriented high-tech company that improves the energy efficiency, safety and environmental compatibility of cold rooms in the food industry.

As a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in various industries and specializing in icing phenomena, fluid mechanics and artificial intelligence, he works with a specialized team to save food companies thousands of kilowatt hours and CO2 emissions every month.

His commitment to technological innovation and sustainability is underlined by the Airbus Dissertation Award for his doctoral thesis.

 

Benjamin Küther, Science manager at Hochschule Bremerhaven

Benjamin Küther sees himself as a science manager. In his role as a research assistant at Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences, he conducts research in the field of knowledge and technology transfer and was involved in setting up the Transfer Center for Artificial Intelligence Bremen.AI. He was already fascinated by technology transfer and the management of innovation processes during his diploma studies in business administration. He gained practical experience at the interface between science and business in various management positions at the Technology Transfer Center (ttz) Bremerhaven. He deepened his practical knowledge in this field with a Master’s degree in Science Marketing. The unpredictability of transfer processes still fascinates him today.
